5. How often should I clean the filter?
To maintain optimum performance, your Kinujo hairdryer needs regular care and maintenance. We recommend cleaning the filter once a month. Simply remove the back casing, wipe away any hair product, dust, or lint from the outer filter cage and inner filter mesh using a lint-free cloth or soft brush.

Returns & Shipping

1. Can I return my product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hairdryers and other hair-related products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.
